Wellness Activities and Credits for the 2027 Benefit Year:
Myers Industries is providing all medically enrolled team members and covered spouses with opportunities to participate in various wellness activities to earn a wellness credit in 2026 for your 2027 medical premium.
Team members can earn the incentive without requiring their spouse to participate. Separate dollar amounts are earned for the team member and the spouse. That means a team member could earn credit even if your spouse decides not to participate and vice versa.
New Hires – Wellness Program Requirements
Employees hired between November 1, 2025, and August 31, 2026, and eligible spouses (if applicable), will need to complete the wellness program activities in order to receive their medical premium credit for 2027. If you have already completed any of these activities with a previous employer, please provide proof of completion (such as an Explanation of Benefits, or EOB) for each activity. Please note employees and spouses earn medical credits separately.
Employees hired on September 1, 2026, or later are not required to complete the activities by the October 31, 2026, deadline and will automatically receive their credit.

Wellness Program Reminder: Once you receive your flu vaccine, and the claim is processed you will receive credit for the second step of the wellness program.

Start Today & Earn Your Wellness Credit
Simply get your annual physical, biometric screening, preventive screenings, or vaccinations to receive credit. Each month, Myers Benefits Team receives preventative wellness reports from Anthem and Delta Dental so they can be recorded in your Dayforce profile. Credits earned typically take 30-45 days from when services were performed to reflect in your Dayforce profile. If you don’t see a wellness activity credited in Dayforce 45 days after services received, contact your HR Partner and bring in proof of completion (e.g. EOB) to have the credit verified and updated in Dayforce.
How to complete each activity of the wellness program
Activity 1 – Annual Physical OR Biometric screening
Team members and covered spouses can complete their annual physical OR have their biometrics taken.
Annual Physical: Simply make your appointment for your annual physical and you will receive credit via Anthem claim confirmation process explained above.
Biometrics: Include a screening and blood draw for your glucose, total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, TC/HDL ratio, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides. Get your bloodwork taken by your physician and you will receive credit via Anthem claim confirmation. You can also attend an onsite biometric event at participating Myers locations, currently planned for late Spring of 2026.
Important Reminder: Annual Physical and Biometric Data Collection
Please note that all annual physical and biometric data must be collected between November 1, 2025, and October 31, 2026. To ensure that your data is processed and credited in a timely manner, we encourage you to:
- Schedule your annual physical early to allow ample time for both the appointment and any necessary blood work.
- Allow sufficient time for lab processing of your blood work.
- Plan for claim processing time to ensure you receive your credit. For example, wellness activities completed in October won’t reflect in Dayforce until late November.
Be sure to complete these health requirements within the specified timeframe.
Activity 2 – One Preventive Screening OR One Vaccination
Team members and covered spouses can complete one preventive screening of their choice or receive a vaccination.
Preventive screenings: CLICK HERE to view age-gender-appropriate screenings. Please note that dental and vision exams are considered preventive as well. Make your appointment for your preventive screening with your physician and receive credit via Anthem or Delta Dental or other service provider claim confirmation.
Vaccinations: Recommended vaccinations include: flu shots, COVID vaccine or booster, chickenpox, diphtheria, HPV, pneumococcal, rubella, shingles, tetanus, RSV and more. CLICK HERE for more information on recommended vaccines.
Important Reminder: Preventive Screenings and Vaccines
All preventive screenings and vaccines must be completed between November 1, 2025, and October 31, 2026. To ensure you receive your credit, please take note of the following:
- Schedule your preventive screenings or vaccinations early to allow ample time for the appointment.
- Allow sufficient time for claim processing to ensure your credit is applied.
